The candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training programme, during which they will receive hands-on training and mentorship from Nicholas Zorpidez, Founder of Nicholas & Co. Surveyors. This initiative aims to equip the apprentices with the practical skills and insights necessary to fulfil their valuation competency and excel in their APC exams.
Earlier this year, Nicholas & Co. Surveyors was awarded a similar contract by Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) for the same programme. This allowed two selected candidates to gain valuable experience, and four candidates have now completed the programme. This additional contract from Crown Estates signifies Nicholas & Co. Surveyors' reputation for excellence and trust within the surveying sector.
Nicholas Zorpidez, Founder of Nicholas & Co. Surveyors, went on to say, “It is extremely rewarding to have been offered this opportunity by such a respected company like The Crown Estate. Having previously been fortunate enough to undergo a secondment with JLL to gain experience, this contract with The Crown Estate aligns closely with my vision of helping others with their professional development and using my expertise to help them succeed. I look forward to working closely with these aspiring candidates and assisting them to grow.”
