In the third quarter of, the construction output saw an increase of 0.8%, driven primarily by a 2% rise in new work. This positive shift signals a promising outlook for the industry as it works to meet housing targets and secure new projects. Building on the industry’s momentum, Devine Group is proud to announce the award of a prestigious contract with Barratt Developments Southampton. The project, located in Bracklesham Bay, West Sussex, will involve a range of infrastructure works, including S278 Infrastructure Works, S38 Road Construction, and S104 Drainage Systems. In addition, the scope of the project includes the installation of a pumping station, sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS), and full plot works for 100 new residential dwellings.
