The fashion retailer has secured a multi-year lease for a mixed-use space acquired in 2020 by the Hines European Value Fund 2. Situated on the corner of Oxford Street and Bond Street, the space spans two floors. Abercrombie & Fitch is set to commence operations in early 2025.

This new establishment contributes to the revitalisation of Oxford Street, which is currently undergoing a £90 million investment initiative aimed at enhancing the area. According to a recent report by the New West End Company, this investment is anticipated to generate annual sales growth of 5% to 10%, potentially resulting in an additional £2.8 billion in sales between 2027 and 2033.
Scott Clarke-Bryan, Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Abercrombie & Fitch, explained,
“We see tremendous opportunities for Abercrombie & Fitch here in London and this prime location at the crossroads of Oxford and Bond Street will add to our growing presence in the UK market.”
